After he discovered the issue with my furnase was just a loose wire in my power panel he tightened the wire down and tested the system. After we were satisfied that the problem was resolved he advised us on what needs to be done in the future to maintain or replace, if we wished, the furnace. He left without charging us anything and only asked that we tell are friends about him. I certainly will and when it is time to replace the furnace we will call on him for sure. He left; no charge. I've already recommended him to my neighbor when I reschedule him in the summer. They came out the very next day to service my furnace. The tech was even involved in a minor traffic accident on the way to my home, but was still on time, actually a little bit early. The price was what I was quoted on the phone, and they didn'd try to sell any additional services or supplies to me either. I was very happy with their service and work. |
